Our Approach
Organised, Informed, Undirected
Each of our three services is designed to produce a clear, tangible result without taking any decision out of your hands. We provide structure, skills, and tools — the choices remain entirely yours.
Services can be used individually or in sequence. Many families start with a workshop to understand what they need, then move on to digitisation, and later request a facilitation session as family circumstances evolve.

Service 1
Family Meeting Facilitation
A neutral facilitator helps relatives hold a calm, structured conversation about plans — informal and non-binding. The session is designed to surface what each person understands and wants to express, without pressure or a pre-set agenda.
What Is Included
- Pre-session preparation call with the requesting family member
- A single facilitated session (up to 3 hours at our office or an agreed venue)
- Written notes summarising discussion points shared with all participants
- Optional follow-up call within two weeks to answer clarifying questions
How It Works
Initial conversation to understand the family's situation and confirm appropriateness of facilitation
Practical arrangements confirmed — venue, attendees, language preference, accessibility needs
Facilitated session held with all participants; facilitator manages turns and focus only
Written summary distributed; optional follow-up scheduled
Service 2
Records Digitisation & Archiving
Scanning and careful archiving of family documents into an ordered, searchable set you keep full control of. We handle fragile papers carefully, apply a consistent classification system, and return every original on completion.
What Is Included
- Collection or hand-in of all documents at our Chonburi office
- High-resolution scanning (400 dpi minimum) of all paper items
- Classification and labelling using the Heirthread document framework
- Searchable PDF output where applicable
- Summary index of all archived items
- All originals returned with a document log
How It Works
Intake conversation to estimate volume and discuss any fragile or unusual items
Documents logged and confirmed with a written receipt before work begins
Scanning, classification, and indexing completed (typically 2–5 working days)
Completed archive and all originals returned; working copies deleted from our systems within 30 days
Service 3
Estate Organisation Workshops
Workshops on how to gather and arrange personal records and write down your own wishes clearly — informational only. You leave with practical skills, a printed workbook, and a personalised starting checklist.
What Is Included
- Half-day workshop session (approx. 4 hours) at our Chonburi office
- Printed workbook with exercises and reference material
- Personal document checklist tailored during the session
- Light refreshments provided
- Available as private session or small-group format (up to 6 participants)
- Follow-up email Q&A open for 14 days after the workshop
How It Works
Book a session — private or small-group — by contacting us with preferred dates
Short pre-workshop questionnaire helps us prepare relevant examples and starting materials
Attend the workshop; work through exercises at your own pace with guidance available
Leave with a completed starting checklist and workbook; follow-up email channel open for two weeks
