Who We Are
How Heirthread Came to Be
Heirthread began in Chonburi after one of our founders spent several months helping an elderly neighbour sort through decades of accumulated paperwork — land documents, household certificates, receipts going back to the 1970s. The task took far longer than it should have, not because the documents were missing, but because there was no clear system in place and no one who knew where everything was.
That experience made one thing obvious: families with organised records avoid a great deal of confusion and stress later on. It also showed that most people simply need a structured starting point and someone calm to help them think through the process.
We opened our Sukhumvit Road office in 2021 and have since worked with individuals and families across the Eastern Seaboard, offering a quiet, unhurried environment where nothing feels rushed and no one is pressured into any particular decision.
Our Mission
To make it straightforward for any family to have their personal records in one place — clearly labelled, easy to find, and entirely under their own control.
Our Position
We are not advisers, attorneys, or financial planners. We provide organisational support and educational information only. Every decision rests entirely with you and your family.

How We Work
Standards We Hold Ourselves To
These are not marketing points — they are practical commitments that shape how every engagement runs.
Document Handling Protocol
Original documents are handled in a controlled workspace, logged before handling, and returned at the close of each engagement. No originals leave our office without a signed receipt.
Confidentiality Agreement
Every engagement begins with a confidentiality agreement covering all team members. Family matters discussed in sessions are not shared externally under any circumstances.
Data Retention Policy
Digital files created during Records Digitisation are transferred to the client and deleted from our systems within 30 days of project completion, unless a longer period is agreed in writing.
Neutral Facilitation Standard
Our facilitators follow a written neutrality code, refraining from expressing opinions about family decisions and redirecting conversations that lean toward pressure or conflict.
Accuracy & Labelling
All archived documents are labelled, categorised, and cross-referenced according to our classification guide. A summary index is provided with every completed archive.
Scope Boundaries
We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. When a question falls outside our scope, we say so clearly and can point clients toward appropriate independent professionals.
Estate Organisation as a Practical Skill
Many families put off thinking about personal record management not because they lack the intention, but because the task feels shapeless — it is hard to know where to begin when everything is spread across different drawers, folders, and inboxes. Heirthread exists to provide that starting shape.
Our workshops focus on practical skills: how to identify which documents matter, how to arrange them so another family member could find anything quickly, and how to write down personal wishes in a way that is clear and accessible even years later. None of this requires any particular background or prior knowledge.
The records digitisation work we do is careful and thorough. We scan at archival resolution, apply consistent naming conventions, and produce an index that makes searching straightforward. Families who come back to their archive two or three years later consistently tell us how much time it saved them.
Family meeting facilitation is perhaps the most personal of our services. Conversations about what will happen when circumstances change are rarely easy to start. Having a calm, outside presence changes the dynamic in ways that are hard to predict in advance but consistently noted by participants afterwards. We facilitate — we do not advise, guide, or steer.
