Why Heirthread

A Thoughtful Approach to Family Records

We keep things clear, calm, and unhurried. Below are a few things families often mention when describing what made the process feel comfortable.

Neutral Position

We hold no stake in any decision. Our role is to provide structure and information — not to steer outcomes for any family member.

Your Data, Your Control

All scanned files and notes belong entirely to you. We do not retain copies beyond the engagement period without written permission.

No Rush

We work at the pace you set. There is no pressure to complete any stage on a fixed schedule unless that suits you.

Plain Communication

We avoid jargon and explain each step in everyday language so every family member understands what is happening and why.

Local to Chonburi

Based in Na Kluea, Bang Lamung. We understand the local context and can accommodate in-person sessions at our office or a convenient location nearby.

Clear Documentation

After each session or service, you receive a written summary or organised file set. Nothing is left vague or dependent on memory.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does Heirthread do?

We provide organisational support and information tools to help families put their personal records and documentation in order. This includes facilitating structured family conversations, digitising and archiving paper documents, and running educational workshops on personal record-keeping. We do not offer legal, financial, or medical advice.

Is anything legally binding after a Family Meeting Facilitation session?

No. Our facilitation sessions are entirely informal and non-binding. We are not legal practitioners and do not produce any legally binding documents. If you need formal legal documentation, we can point you towards appropriate independent professionals, but that falls outside our scope.

Who keeps the scanned copies of my documents?

You do. All digital files are transferred to you on completion of the Records Digitisation service. We do not retain copies of your personal documents beyond the working period unless you explicitly ask us to assist with ongoing storage, and any such arrangement is documented separately.

How long does the Records Digitisation service take?

The timeline depends on the volume and condition of documents. A typical family collection takes between two and five working days once we have received all materials. We will give you a more specific estimate after an initial conversation about what you have.

Can I attend an Estate Organisation Workshop on my own, or is it a group setting?

Both options are available. We run small-group workshops periodically at our Chonburi office, and we also offer individual workshop sessions for those who prefer a private setting. Pricing is the same for both formats. Contact us to find out upcoming dates or to arrange an individual session.

Do I need to prepare anything before we start?

Not necessarily. An introductory call or message is all that is needed to get started. From there, we will guide you through a simple checklist of what to gather. Many families begin with very little prepared, and that is completely fine — part of our role is helping you identify what you have.
